V. Mullen & Co was founded in 2001 with a clear vision: to provide expert, reliable, and client-focused taxation and accountancy services. In 2004, we established our presence in Tallaght, where we have continued to grow and build long-standing relationships with our clients.

Victoria established this practice in 2001 and moved the practice to Tallaght in 2004. She worked with the Revenue Commissioners from 1980 until 1990 when she qualified as a tax consultant (CTA). Since leaving Revenue, Victoria has worked in the Private Sector, both in small, medium and large firms. Following a few years in a Big 4 Accountancy Firm, she subsequently moved to a medium sized Accountancy Practice, where she managed the tax department for almost 9 years. She qualified as an Accountant (FCCA) in 1993. Victoria has over 35 years’ experience working on tax issues arising under all tax types. Over the past number of years, she has been particularly involved in all aspects of property taxation, corporate restructuring and dealing with Revenue Audits. Victoria is a qualified CTA and ACCA member.

Patricia Quinn

Tax Specialist

Patricia joined V Mullen & Company in 2016, having previously held tax positions in various Tax Consultancy Firms. Patricia’s areas of expertise include Income Tax, VAT, CAT, CGT and Construction Industry Taxes. Patricia advises international clients who are established in Ireland, those wishing to set up in Ireland or international clients who have dealings with Irish businesses. This also involves advising incoming Executives. Patricia manages the Income Tax Department and she personally manages the Tax Affairs and advises some of Ireland’s best known business people as well as other high net-worth individuals. Patricia is also responsible for the in-house training received by all of our tax recruits. Patricia holds a BBS degree from the Dublin Institute of Technology.

Helena Connaughton

Financial Controller

Helena joined V Mullen & Company as Financial Controller in 2017, she has over 20 years’ experience in accountancy and taxation across various industries. Helena’s previous experience in her various accounting roles including banking, accountancy practice and multiple different industries gives her a unique perspective and hands on experience in advising clients with their businesses. In the past she has specialised in delivering on improvement to internal controls, tax efficiency, cost containment, systems and process improvements. She has also project managed the implementation of new systems in various industries. She was awarded an honours degree in Physics & Maths from TCD before achieving her professional qualifications as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2002. She has since become a fellow, and qualified as an AITI Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) in 2006.

Anca Morar

Tax Senior

Anca began working in V.Mullen & Co in 2015 as a tax assistant. Since then she has worked on over 250 cases involving self –employed income, rental income, VAT, PAYE, CGT, etc. Anca has qualified as a Tax Technician earning the title of Tax Senior and is now completing her finals to become a fully qualified Chartered Tax Advisor. She speaks fluent English and Romanian.
